A strike for gays & women's rights?

Bush Nominates Roberts for Chief Justice - Leave to the master of manipulation to place his GOP poster child in the key lawmaking position. One has to wonder what else W can do to further the divide in this country and eliminate the rights of those that don't measure up to the standards of the Religious Right.
